Shortlist

A Selection Advisory Committee reviews the longlist and recommends a shortlist of three to five people to interview.

These can be an initial on-demand video interview, but panel interviews are most common. We conduct one-on-one interviews as well, depending on the role and hiring manager’s schedule and preferences. Some teams will require a test or ask for a case study or presentation.
